3 tablespoons of sugar pour into a saucepan or into a frying pan (if desired, add a spoonful of water) and melt until caramel.

While the caramel melts, peel the apples.

Pour the resulting caramel into the prepared mold (the bottom of the mold is lined with baking paper, the sides are oiled and sprinkled with flour), spread over the surface, spread pieces of butter on top of the caramel and so leave.
Step 5:
Spread the apple slices on the caramel.
Step 6:
Beat eggs with sugar until a fluffy thick foam is obtained. Beat for 5-7 minutes.
Step 7:
Sift the flour and add it to the egg mixture, gently mix with a spatula until smooth.
Step 8:
Pour the dough into a mold on apples and send it to a preheated 180 C oven.
Step 9:
Bake the pie for 40-50 minutes until ready. We take the pie out of the oven, let it stand for 10 minutes in the form. After 10 minutes, we take the pie out of the mold, turn it over on the grill and leave it to cool completely.
