Step 1:
Wash, peel potatoes, squash. Prepared vegetables are not cut into large rings.
Step 2:
Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Peel the pepper, wash it, chop it not with thick straws.
Step 3:
Pre-pepper the vegetables, salt them to our taste. We set the oven to 200 degrees. Lubricate the baking sheet with oil. Spread on top of each other: potatoes, zucchini, onion, pepper.
Step 4:
Cover the mold with baking foil, make a lot of holes with a toothpick, bake for 20 minutes. We take out the dish, remove the foil, sprinkle with herbs and send it back for another quarter of an hour to form a golden crust.
