Strawberries are washed, peeled from the stems and cut into small pieces.
Step 3:
Mix strawberries and blueberries, add 1 tbsp sugar and mix.

Add 1 tsp of starch to the berries, mix. The filling is ready.

We spread the berries on portion molds.
Step 6:
For the dough, sift the flour with a baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix with sugar.
Step 7:
Separately mix the egg and milk.
Step 8:
Add the egg mixture to the flour, mix thoroughly. At the end, add the melted butter, mix. The dough is ready.
Step 9:
Spread the dough on the berries. Bake the kobler in a preheated 180 C oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Step 10:
We take it out of the oven, let the kobler cool down a little and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
