Cookies on sour cream Pretzels

It's impossible to resist such pretzels! Pretzels are crispy and crumbly, with a slight cinnamon flavor. They are prepared very easily, the most important thing is to work quickly with the dough so that the butter does not have time to melt, otherwise in the end, the finished cookies will turn out very hard. Instead of hazelnuts, you can add walnuts or almonds to the dough. Cookie dough can be prepared in the evening, then in the morning you can make homemade cookies for breakfast! If there are not many eaters, then part of the dough can be frozen, it can be stored for up to 3 months and at any time you can please your family with homemade cakes. Help yourself!

    Pour flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and ground hazelnuts into the bowl of the combine. Add the butter cut into a small cube. Quickly grind the mixture into crumbs.

    Knead the dough, if the dough refuses to gather into a lump, add another 1 tbsp. l. sour cream. The dough should turn out soft.

    We collect the dough into a ball (no need to knead), wrap it in a film or just hide it in a bag and send it to the refrigerator for at least 30-40 minutes, preferably for 1-2 hours.

    Divide the dough into 3-4 parts. While we are working with one, we keep the rest of the dough in the refrigerator. We work with the dough very quickly, so that the oil does not have time to melt from the heat of the hands! If you suddenly feel that the dough has become too soft, hide it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Roll out a piece of dough into a long bundle.

    We put it on a baking sheet and send it to the refrigerator for 15 minutes (so when baking, the cookies will lose their shape less, it is not necessary to do this, but if you want the cookies to turn out more neat, it is still better to cool it). Bake in a preheated 190 C oven for about 10 minutes (depending on the size).
