Scones with boiled potatoes

Tender buns in 30 minutes for a good start to the day! Buns turn out to be very tender, and thanks to potatoes they also remain soft for a long time, but such buns do not linger for a long time. If someone is confused by the presence of potatoes in sweet pastries, I can immediately say that potatoes are not felt at all, the main thing is to grate them on a fine grater. And if I still haven't convinced you, then if you exclude sugar and dried fruits, you can just cook snack buns that will go with any dish, instead of bread. Help yourself!
