Cooking method
First we need to prepare a sourdough.
Take the yeast and dissolve it in 50 ml of warm milk, as soon as the yeast is dissolved, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to them. Stir until completely dissolved and put in the microwave for a minimum heat for 2-3 minutes. Until the yeast rises with a cap.
Now let's prepare the dough itself: .Melt the butter in the microwave (you can also on the stove in a ladle)
Sift the flour (at room temperature) several times (to enrich it with oxygen, this contributes to a good rise of the dough), Make a "well" in flour
Beat the egg with sugar (gradually add 1 tablespoon each)
Mix the sourdough, milk, salt and vanilla sugar, melted butter, egg-sugar mixture
and knead the dough.
Cover with a towel and put in a warm place to approach.
The dough that has come up, slightly knead and let it come up again. After a while, we make another highlight.
While our dough is rising, cut the marmalade into small cubes
From the dough that came up for the 3rd time, we form a pie. To do this, knead the dough slightly and divide in half. From one half, roll out the layer and put it in a mold with a diameter of ~ 25 cm, greased with butter. At the edges, make small sides of dough, lubricate the layer with thick jam or jam.
Roll out the second part of the dough and cut out small circles with a glass. Cut each circle in half. Then we put a piece of marmalade on a semicircle of dough and pinch it, as in a bag.
Ready-made bags with marmalade tightly put in a mold on the dough with filling. Cover with a towel, and let stand in the heat for 20-30 minutes to rise a little.
Grease the pie with beaten egg and put it in a preheated 180 * oven. Bake for 1 hour (be guided by your oven)
The "Gems" pie is ready and you can invite your household to tea. Bon appetit!
