I crush the hazelnuts, I just cut the chocolate into small pieces. I wash the raisins with water, dry them with a paper towel. Now I pour raisins and hazelnuts into one part of the dough, hazelnuts and chocolate into the other. I mix it again
Step 7:
I cover the baking sheet with baking paper, grease it with butter. Now I spread the dough with a teaspoon, it does not spread when baking, so it is better to immediately form cookies, in this form it will bake. In about 20 minutes, the cookies will be ready. It remains only to cool it. Bon appetit!
