Step-by-step cooking
Cupcakes are prepared very easily and quickly. For the dough, sift the flour together with baking powder. Mix cocoa with coffee (if desired, you can add vanilla). The butter needs to be melted, add sugar to it and stir thoroughly until it completely dissolves. Add eggs, then a mixture of cocoa with coffee and sour cream, mix everything. Add our coffee-sour cream mixture to the flour and knead the dough. Spread the dough into molds and bake in a preheated oven to 180 C for about 20-30 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
