Step-by-step cooking
Cookies are cooked very quickly, so turn on the oven to warm up for 170 -180 C. For the dough, beat the egg with sugar until it completely dissolves. Melt the butter, add liquid honey and sour cream to it and mix everything well. Mix the cream mixture with the egg mixture. Sift oatmeal and wheat flour, add soda and pour in the creamy egg mixture. Add our nuts (optional), you can also add raisins and knead the dough. The dough turns out to be quite sticky, but it can be effortlessly divided into cookies. In the oven, the cookies will spread out slightly, so do not make them too flat and place them at some distance from each other on a baking sheet. Bake our cookies in a preheated oven for about 15 - 18 minutes (focus on your oven). The cookies turn out soft inside, if you like a harder one, then bake it for about 20 minutes, but no more, so that the crackers do not turn out. Bon appetit!
