Step 1:
Here are our products from which we will cook. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 170 degrees.
Step 2:
The butter must be beaten until completely light. I do it in a blender, if my hands are strong, you can just use a spatula.
Step 3:
Add flour, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 4:
Then add milk.
Step 5:
Knead the dough. To the touch, the finished dough will look like a velvet material.
Step 6:
Trying to use as little extra flour as possible, roll out a layer of dough about 8 mm thick. We cut out cookies by hand or with a cookie cutter for Valentine's Day.
Step 7:
Spread on a greased baking sheet. I used silicone baking mats. Bake for 12 minutes.
Step 8:
The finished cookies have a white color and you can use icing or multicolored sugar for decoration.
