Step-by-step cooking
Combine ground ginger powder in a mixture of cinnamon and baking powder. The banana pulp, turned into a puree, is dissolved in milk. Add sugar and melted butter to them, as well as flour, to give density. Beat the mass on a mixer, or just mix.
We introduce raspberries into the dough without too much haste, our recipe does not tolerate it. Pure berries were introduced, mixed until smooth. We turn to the baking molds (if you cook muffins with raspberries, then take special molds). Lubricate their surface with oil. We put the dough rolled in flour with raspberries on it, and then we distribute it into molds. The more evenly it lies, the better.
Baking continues at 180 degrees for a whole hour, or a little longer. During this time, the surface of the dough will change from a darkish white to a golden color with shades of brown. A cooked cupcake with raspberries will certainly be tastier and more beautiful, decorated with powdered sugar on top.
