Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add sour cream and egg, previously shaken with a fork.
Mix. You should get a sticky dough. If it is steep, add a little more sour cream.
Using a spoon, fill the cupcake molds with dough (about 2/3). In the middle, make a recess, put the filling and cover it with dough.
(If you take chocolate as a filling, break it into small pieces. You can cook half of the brioche with white chocolate, half with dark chocolate. It will turn out very original.)
Bake the brioches in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden skewer or a match.
