Step-by-step cooking
Dissolve yeast in milk. Add butter, sugar, salt and egg. Mix it up. Add flour and knead the dough. Knead for about 10 minutes. Let it come up for 30 minutes, knead it and let it come up again. The recipe for a cinnamon bun is just perfect, with the right approach.
Roll out the dough into a layer of 20 x 30 cm.
Grease the top with softened butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll the layer (across) and cut into buns.
Transfer the buns to a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Put the buns for proofing in the oven at t 40 C for 15 minutes. Then increase t to 240 C and bake for 10 – 15 minutes.
Ready-made buns to cool on the grill.
