Step-by-step cooking
COOKING:
1. In a bowl, sift two types of flour, vanilla and baking powder. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan, add butter, two types of sugar and sesame seeds, cook until golden brown, then pour in Baileys.
3. As soon as the caramel-sesame mixture turns amber, pour in a little flour mixture, mix and remove from heat.
4. As soon as the mixture cools down a little, add the eggs and mix well.
5. We mold dough balls and press them with the palm of our hand to give a flatter shape. Spread on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
6. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 °- 15-20 minutes. Focus on your oven.
