Jamie Oliver's Blueberry Pie recipe

Incredibly delicious blueberry and orange peel pie! Very tasty. Unusual. I saw the recipe for a Swedish pie on television. I liked him. The only remark. It is better to mix the filling into the dough in some container, so as not to stain everything around.

Dilute yeast in warm milk with the addition of a tablespoon sugar.
Beat eggs with a fork with salt and cardamom and sugar.
Pour in the milk with dissolved yeast and melted butter. Mix everything together.
Add 500 g of flour. Mix everything well. Then add the remaining flour and knead the dough. It will be a little sticky.
Cover the dough with a napkin and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half. The dough should double in size. It will be well behind the hands.
Blueberries mash a little with sugar. Add the juice and half of the orange zest. Mix it up.
Stretch the whole dough piece by hand into a rectangle as thin as possible.
Lay out the prepared blueberries, fold the dough into an envelope, cut in half and fold again.
Divide the dough into eight parts. Twist each part so that the filling is distributed throughout the pie.
Put pieces of butter and sugar on a baking sheet.
Put the dough pieces on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the cake with the remaining orange zest and brown sugar.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Turn the finished cake onto a platter so that the caramel, which was formed during baking from sugar and butter, ends up on top of the pie.
