Beat eggs with sugar. Add vanilla sugar, vegetable oil, salt, flour and ground walnuts.
Mix everything well, put it in a mold and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
Cool the finished cake for 5-10 minutes in the mold, then transfer to the grill.
Cut the cooled cake in half.
Beat the egg. Add flour, cocoa, coffee, stir.
Adding a little cold milk, bring the chocolate-egg mass to the consistency of pancake batter.
Boil the milk.
Add sugar.
Pour the chocolate mass into the milk with constant stirring.
Cook the cream until thickened.
Cool the cream.
Beat softened butter with a mixer.
Introduce the cooled cream in small portions, continuing to beat.
Add grated chocolate to the finished cream.
Mix everything together.
Put half of the cream on the bottom half of the cake.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Cover with the top of the cake.
Apply the cream and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate.
Put the finished chocolate cake with nuts in the refrigerator.
