Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
First we prepare the dough. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar. Vegetable oil is added gradually, the same and cottage cheese. Mix the flour with baking powder, combine both masses, knead the dough. We wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for three hours.
Step 2:
We separate a small piece from the dough, form a hedgehog body from it, as in the photo.
Step 3:
We break the sweet straw into identical segments - these are hedgehog needles.
Step 4:
Insert them into the bodies of hedgehogs.
Step 5:
Transfer the buns to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 180 oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6:
When the Hedgehog buns are ready, let them cool slightly.
Step 7:
And insert the "eyes" with toothpicks. The eyes will be red currants.
