Step-by-step cooking
Put sugar, butter, salt in boiling water. Let the oil dissolve. Then boil the water, add flour, mix until smooth. Cool for 5-10 minutes. We drive in one egg at a time, stirring after each.
We put the cakes on a baking sheet from a pastry bag. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Preparing the cream: put all the ingredients in a saucepan without oil and whisk everything with a blender. There should be no grains in the mass. We also add oil here.
We put the pan on the fire and, stirring, bring our mass to a boil. Bubbles should form on the surface. Cook until thickened, stirring.
The cream is cooled. Until stable peaks, whisk the cream, add it to the cream.
Cut off the tops of the buns, fill half with cream, put strawberries on top, fill with cream again and cover with a lid.
Custard cakes can be decorated as desired.
