Beat the eggs.
Add sugar. Beat it up.
Add flour. Stir.
Pour the dough onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Roll the finished biscuit together with the paper and leave to cool.
Make jelly according to the instructions indicated on the package, taking exactly half of the water from the specified amount.
As soon as the jelly starts to set, unwind the roll, remove the paper.
Put the jelly on a biscuit, roll up the roll, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and put it in the refrigerator.
