Add sugar to cream, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, dissolve coffee in cream syrup.
Cool the syrup to room temperature.
Beat softened butter, add egg, beat lightly.
Then add sour cream. Beat lightly.
Pour in the coffee and cream syrup, beat for a few seconds to stir.
Sift both flour and baking powder into a cup.
Mix everything with a whisk.
The dough should be stringy, tightly flowing, smooth and slightly shiny.
Put a full tablespoon of dough into each mold.
Put a slice of chocolate in the middle, press it slightly, but not much.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
While the muffins are being prepared, make the top layer.
Mix all the ingredients (they should be at room temperature so that the dough does not settle at a temperature difference).
