Mix two types of flour, adding flax seeds and salt to them.
Sourdough: slightly warm sour milk, put sugar, yeast. Hold for 15 minutes, let the yeast rise. Then put the mustard in the sourdough and mayonnaise.
Add all this to the flour, knead the dough.
Cover and keep for an hour in a warm place. The dough should double in size.
We form two loaves of bread from the finished dough. We cut them, leave them to rise for 40-50 minutes.
Then lubricate the surface of the loaves with water, sprinkle with flaxseed. We put it in a warm oven at 220 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes, after another 10 minutes at 180.
Ready mustard bread is cooked on the grill.
