Dissolve yeast in 50 ml of warm milk. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour.
Mix everything and put it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater.
Sift all the flour into a bowl.
Make a hole in the flour and pour out the eggs.
Add salt, sugar, lemon zest, mix.
Pour in the yeast. Mix it up.
Gradually adding warm milk and melted butter, knead a soft dough.
Put the kneaded dough into a saucepan, cover with a napkin and put it in a warm place.
Put one part of the dough in a round shape greased with melted butter and lined with paper.
Put the second part of the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Let the dough come up again and bake in turn for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Boil syrup from water and sugar, add finely chopped fruit.
Boil the syrup with fruit for 10-15 minutes.
Pour brandy into the syrup, cover the bowl with a lid and leave to cool.
Pour the cooled cakes with warm syrup and leave to soak for 3-4 hours.
Soak gelatin. Melt it in a water bath.
Beat cream with powdered sugar. Add the liquid from the cherry jam.
Add gelatin. Mix everything well.
Lubricate the round cake with cream.
Cut the rectangular cake into four equal parts. Each part should be smeared with cream and put on a round cake, twisting the layers with a roll.
Put the cake in the refrigerator.
Mix condensed milk with melted butter, add powdered milk. Mix everything well. Grease the whole cake.
Grind pumpkin seeds in a coffee grinder.
Sprinkle the sides of the cake.
Sprinkle the top of the cake with grated chocolate, imitating the rings of the stump. Decorate with mushrooms, sweets and mint.
