First turn on the oven, let it warm up.
We put it on a baking sheet (this is mandatory!) parchment paper, carefully lubricate with margarine.
Mix all the ingredients and pour into the middle of the baking sheet, spreading evenly with a spoon over the entire area and put in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
Keep in mind that the dough will blush from the bottom, not from the top, the top will remain pale.
As soon as the bottom is sufficiently browned, we take it out of the oven and lubricate it with runny jam, then quickly wrap it hot in a roll (paper helps a lot with this).
