Step-by-step cooking
Mince cookies. Mix it with sugar (1 tbsp. l.) and soft butter.
Lubricate the split mold with oil (in another form, the cheesecake will break), put the cookie dough on the bottom, form the sides.
Bake in the oven (preheated to 180 g) for 7-10 minutes.
Combine the processed cheese with cottage cheese, eggs, sugar (4 tbsp.l.), lemon zest, vanilla sugar (1 tsp.l.). You should get a completely homogeneous mass. It can be beaten in a mixer.
Put the mass on top of the cake, smooth it out and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. The oven is already at 150-160 gr.
Take out the cheesecake, immediately separate it from the sides with a knife. If this is not done, then, cooling down, the cheesecake will crack.
Then put the homemade cheesecake in the refrigerator for an hour. After taking it out, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate or pour berry sauce.
