Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Mix sugar with lemon zest. Add the butter and beat for 1 minute.
Enter the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat.
Add lemon juice.
Gradually introduce flour. Continue kneading the dough.
Take the dough with a tablespoon (for convenience, it is better to use an ice cream spoon) and put it in a mold at a distance of 5-8 cm from each other.
Press each cookie with your hand, sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle with water and sprinkle with sugar again.
Oven 15 min. at 200C.
