Step-by-step cooking
Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut lengthwise into 2 flat pieces. Put each piece in a film and lightly beat off. Remove from the film.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Grease each slice of chicken fillet with tomato paste, put the mozzarella, grated on a grater.
Twist the rolls and fasten them by tying them with a thread.
Fry, put on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil. Pre-put thyme and rosemary in the oil so that the oil is saturated with aromas.
As soon as the crust appears on the meat, turn it over, fry on the second side and simmer under the lid on low heat for about 7 minutes.
Delicious chicken rolls with cheese are ready.
