Step-by-step cooking
1. In a third of a glass of water, dilute the yeast and sugar.
2. Sift the flour, mix with salt and the remaining sugar. Add the grated cold butter to the flour.
3. Beat an egg into the yeast water and add milk to make exactly a glass of the mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into the flour and knead the dough. As far as I noticed, it is better to knead such dough in one direction. It turns out smooth and elastic. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
5. Then get it out and roll it out thinly. Cut into squares of about 15 by 15 cm
.
6. In the center of each piece of dough, 2 slices of tomato are placed (pre-salt and pepper), a piece of mozzarella and a basil leaf. An envelope is being formed. Lubricate each of the received envelopes with egg yolks.
7. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Put the envelopes and put them in the oven preheated to 200 for 15 minutes.
