Puffs with pears and nuts

Amazing dessert with a delicate pear flavor! You'll lick your fingers! Very tender, fragrant, crispy puffs with pears. Besides, they are also spectacular. One of my recipes with my favorite pears. I looked at the recipe in the magazine Burda moden for 1989, but I also supplemented it.

Peel the pears, cut into halves, remove the core. Cut with a knife fan-shaped, but leave the tails. Sprinkle the pears with lemon juice.

Cut the dough according to the shape of the pear, adding two cm. From the remains we sculpt leaves and attach them to the puffs.

Put a walnut in the middle of the tortillas, on top of the pear halves, sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Put the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake at two hundred degrees for 25 minutes.

We serve the puffs warm.
