Boil potatoes in a uniform, clean, scroll through a meat grinder.
Fry onions, mushrooms in a frying pan with oil, put mayonnaise, boiled chicken cut into pieces.
Put eggs (2 whole and 1 protein), chopped greens, salt in potatoes.
Put the potatoes in a mold or on a baking sheet with a layer of sides. Put the filling in the middle. On top - potatoes, level the surface. Lubricate with yolk, put the second part of the filling and in the oven until a golden crust forms.
Allow to cool, and after that the potato pie can be removed from the baking sheet or from the mold.
