Step-by-step cooking
This apple pie is best done in the evening.
Beat eggs with two cups of sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix kefir with a glass of sour cream, add quick soda, mix and combine with beaten eggs.
Add flour.
Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
Cut the washed apples into thin slices.
Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle with semolina, pour out the dough (it should fill only half of the mold). Put the apple slices on top and lightly heat them.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes.
Mix sour cream and sugar needed for watering.
Take the pie out of the oven (in the form) and pour our filling. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and put it back in the oven.
Turn off the oven after 5-7 minutes, and leave the pie in it until completely cooled.
Get it in the morning.
