Step-by-step cooking
Knead the dough from the listed ingredients and roll it out very thinly.
We lower each leaf into salted boiling water for 8-10 seconds.
Layers are placed in a baking dish, while liberally greasing each sheet with melted butter.
As soon as 4-5 layers are laid out, add half of the filling to them: three cheese and frozen butter on a grater, mix everything with sour cream.
Then repeat the combination of 4-5 layers, then the filling again. Cover everything on top with 3-4 layers of dough. The resulting cut into 6-8 parts, and pour melted butter into each cut.
We send it to the oven at 210 degrees for half an hour, take it out and enjoy a delicious dish. This is achma.
