Dissolve yeast with 1 tablespoon of sugar in a small amount of water. Let rise to the cap (15 minutes).
Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, add warm water, garlic, salt. Pour in the sifted flour, knead the dough. At the end of the kneading, add vegetable oil. You should get an elastic dough.
Put the dough in a greased cup with vegetable oil and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
When the dough is suitable, tear off small pieces from it and form buns. After proofing, grease the buns with egg whipped with vegetable oil, sprinkle with poppy seeds and make incisions with a blade.
Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Grease the finished buns with garlic vegetable oil.
