Grind eggs with sugar. Add softened butter, mix.
Add flour, a little vanilla, soda, slaked in vinegar (or lemon juice). Stir until smooth. The dough is ready.
Put a small piece of dough in the freezer.
Put the remaining dough in a baking dish, smooth it out with your fingers. The edges of the dough should form small sides about 1 cm high .
Wash the apples, remove the core, grate on a coarse grater.
Put the grated apples and raisins in a mold on a layer of dough.
How to make meringue: Beat the cooled proteins with powdered sugar into a dense white foam. 
Evenly distribute the whipped whites on a layer of apples with raisins.
Grate a frozen lump of dough on top on a coarse grater.
Bake the apple pie in the oven at 150 degrees for about an hour until the meringue is browned.
