Step-by-step cooking
Pear pie is no less delicious than apple pie. Those who have tried it at least once even claim that it tastes better. But – the taste and color, as they say))
There is an old pear tree growing in our garden, so
pear pie
we cook often. From a great variety of recipes, I chose one, in my opinion, the most successful.
You can cook this dish in two ways. First: pears are laid out on the bottom of the mold. Second: pears are laid out in the middle of the dough. In the second case (especially if you took .hard pears) fruits may remain harsh.
Start the dough:
Mix the softened butter with sugar (take half), vanilla sugar, and then with egg. Next, sift the flour and mix it with spices and baking powder. Dilute with hot water and knead the dough, connecting it with the oil part.
Pears are cleaned, cut into slices and spread the bottom of the mold smeared with oil. Liberally sprinkle the pears with sugar and pour the dough.
Put in a preheated oven and bake until ready. It will take a little time.
When the pie is ripe, let it cool down and only then turn the bottom side up. That is, the pears should be at the top.
When the pear pie has cooled down properly, it can be cut into pieces and served with whipped cream. My family loves it so much))
