Step-by-step cooking
Roll out the dough no more than 2 mm in thickness.
Then cut it into squares of 10 cm in length and width.
Put minced meat in the center of each square (according to tbsp.l.), on top of which put butter strongly frozen 1 cm
.
Fix the edges of the samsa so that you get a square – all 4 corners of the samsa need to be wrapped in an envelope and pinch with your hands. Although in general, samsa can be made of any shape, even triangular, as in the photo.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the samosas to bake. It will take 40 minutes.
