Grind sugar together with eggs, then add butter vegetable oil and mix until smooth.
Heat the fresh milk, but do not bring it to a boil, immediately dissolve the butter in it and mix with the beaten egg mixture.
Pour in semolina and let it brew for 20 minutes.
Mix the sifted flour well with baking powder and, gently stirring, pour it into the milk-semolina mass.
Mix very thoroughly.
In the form of additives, you can put grated carrots, and apple slices, and various berries, and dried fruits, and poppy seeds, and nuts, and so on.
Grease the baking dish with butter and pour the dough into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180-gr. temperature for about 40 minutes.
