Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2:
Drive the cooled eggs into the bowl of the mixer and beat at high speed to foam.
Step 3:
Add sugar and vanilla. Without stopping the machine, we continue to beat until the mass becomes airy.
Step 4:
Then reduce the speed and carefully mix the flour. That's how the dough turned out.
Step 5:
Heat the oven to two hundred degrees, spread the dough in a greased and covered with a parchment sheet form – it should be a rectangular baking sheet.
Step 6:
Bake for about 10 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden stick. The finished biscuit is rolled into a roll directly with parchment. We leave it to cool down like this.
Step 7:
At this time we prepare the cream. To do this, beat the softened butter with powdered sugar, vanilla and cocoa until fluffy.
Step 8:
When the biscuit cools down, carefully unwrap it, remove the parchment, smear the cream inside and carefully wrap it again. The remaining cream is applied on top.
Step 9:
Decorate the cake to your liking. Bon appetit!
