Step-by-step cooking
This amazing Italian cooking recipe will teach us how to make a jelly cake with fruit – delicious and beautiful.
Immediately fill the gelatin with cold water for about forty or forty-five minutes. In a bowl, beat eggs with granulated sugar, add vanilla sugar. If you beat the yolks and whites separately, and add the whites to the dough last, our food will rise much better. Mix the baking powder with wheat flour, then carefully add it to the egg mass by a tablespoon. Any convenient round shape is coated with oil, spread out part of the resulting dough and bake in a well-heated oven for about twenty minutes. The other part of the dough is laid out in a rectangular shape and also baked. When this cake is ready, we immediately roll it into a roll while it is hot.
Melt the gelatin and put it to cool. Whisk cream with sugar into a stable foam. After that, we put any yogurt here, you can even with pieces of fruit. Pour in warm gelatin and immediately whisk for a few seconds. The resulting souffle is poured into a round shape directly on the baked cake. We put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
Unwrap the previously rolled roll, smear it inside with jam and roll it up again. Then cut into portions. We spread the rolls on the frozen souffle. And pour the finished jelly. We put it in the refrigerator again, but for the night. That's it, our amazing food is ready.Jelly cake with fruit, as it is.
