Step-by-step cooking
First mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a deep bowl. In another cup, mix the egg with warm water, and gradually add to the flour. Then pour in the melted butter, knead the dough. The dough should be smooth and elastic.
Leave the dough in a warm place for a couple of hours to rise. After that, form a loaf and put it on a baking sheet greased with oil. Apply incisions on top of the loaf, leave to stand for 40 minutes.
Bake in the oven until nicely browned at 180 degrees.
When you take it out of the oven, immediately grease it with butter, let it cool.
The loaf is very tasty when fresh, but not quite hot. Eating with such a loaf is a pleasure. What can we say about various sandwiches.
Having tried to cook it once, you will no longer want to be content with a purchased loaf! After all, self-made is always tastier.
