While the meat is cooking, we make a side dish. To do this, wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Then we also wash, clean and cut into cubes all the vegetables we have chosen. Now mix all these ingredients in a frying pan, pour water and simmer until ready. When the meat is cooked, we take it out and cut it into medallions, spread it along the edge of the dish.
