Step-by-step cooking
We start by rubbing butter together with sugar. Then add three eggs to the oil mass and mix everything well.
Pour coconut chips into the mixture and mix again.
Add flour together with baking powder in small portions and knead not too steep dough.
We form not too big balls.
Oil the baking sheet (or better take parchment paper), and put the balls on it.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the coconut cookies to bake.
The process will last no more than twenty minutes.
At the end, the cookies can be decorated with melted chocolate.
