This culinary recipe of Bulgarian cuisine presents to your attention a dish called "carrot casserole". It is the simplest of all dishes of this type, made from carrots. Designed for healthy breakfasts, ideal for dietary and baby food.
To begin with, we wash the carrots and put them to cook until fully cooked. After peeling and grating (you can large, you can small – then choose for yourself) or just scroll through a meat grinder. We add sugar to the carrot puree, add cinnamon, drive in one egg yolk and mix well. In a separate bowl, at a very high speed, beat the cooled protein with a mixer and carefully add it to the carrot. Stir it slowly. We coat the rectangular shape with butter, sprinkle breadcrumbs on the bottom (so that the casserole does not burn) and spread the mass. Flatten and sprinkle with breadcrumbs again. We put it in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for about ten minutes (maybe more, depending on what kind of oven you have). Such food is served hot, poured with milk sauce.
