Grease the baking dish with oil and cover it with parchment. We lay out a layer of shortbread dough and distribute it according to the shape, lifting the sides. Spread the berry-nut mixture evenly on the dough. Pour the liquid mass evenly from above. Bake the pie in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then we check the readiness every 10 minutes until the shortbread becomes golden and the filling does not harden. If the top turns very red, then cover the pie with foil. We serve a pie with cranberries, nuts and dried apricots with hot drinks.
