Step-by-step cooking
The very mention of this culinary recipe brings you back to a serene childhood. When my grandmother, and then my mother, cooked cheesecakes from yeast dough, the aroma of this delicious food spread far beyond our apartment. We ate cheesecakes with great pleasure with a glass of milk or fragrant herbal tea.
To prepare yeast dough, mix flour with dry yeast, add salt, sugar, pour in lukewarm milk and drive in one chicken egg. Knead the dough, it should not stick to your hands, and it turns out elastic and soft. Before the end of the kneading, you need to add vegetable, and preferably mustard oil. Again, we knead everything thoroughly, cover the dough with a linen napkin and leave it for stratification of the dough for 1.5 hours.
Prepare the filling: mix two tablespoons of sugar with vanilla sugar and rub with cottage cheese. Then add the dried raisins there and mix everything well.
We cut the finished dough into uniform balls, in the middle of which we put the filling. We spread the cheesecakes not tightly on a baking sheet or a form pre-greased with oil, and let the dough come up for another 25 minutes.
Beat the egg with sugar and grease the cheesecakes with it. Bake at 180C until ready.
This simple dessert will always delight your family and friends.
Bon appetit!
