Step 1:
How to make a mushroom pie in the oven? prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to fill it with oxygen. For the filling, you can use any available mushrooms. It can be champignons, oyster mushrooms, honey mushrooms, porcini mushrooms or a mixture of different mushrooms. Forest mushrooms must be boiled in advance. Champignons can not be boiled.
Step 2:
To prepare the dough, combine solid butter with flour. Add sugar and salt. Mix with your hands or chop with a knife, until it turns into a crumb.
Step 3:
Then add sour cream and knead the dough. The finished dough is soft and does not stick to your hands. Form a ball, cover with a film and leave to lie down.
Step 4:
To prepare the filling, fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onions for 5-7 minutes. Add a little salt.
Step 5:
Separately mix the eggs with sour cream.
Step 6:
Add grated cheese and egg filling to the fried mushrooms. Mix all the ingredients.
Step 7:
Spread the rested dough on the bottom of the baking dish (20-24cm), forming the sides.
Step 8:
Put the prepared filling on the dough and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven.
Step 9:
The finished cake will begin to blush slightly. The filling will bake and stop being liquid.
Step 10:
Remove the pie from the mold and cool slightly. Have a nice treat!
Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
