Such buns can replace a full meal, they are nutritious and very tasty. The culinary recipe is as follows. Heat the milk and butter to 50 degrees. Pour in the yeast. Add a pinch of sugar, sprinkle with flour. Let it stand for 15 minutes until the yeast starts to come up.
Sift the flour, mix it with salt and sugar. Mix the yeast mixture with yogurt, add a lightly beaten egg.
Add flour to the yeast mixture, knead the dough (lubricate your hands with vegetable oil). Knead for 20 minutes until the dough stops sticking to your hands. The dough should be soft, but keep the shape.
Cover the dough with a towel, let it stand in a warm place for an hour. After that, we knead it again slightly, leave it to approach again.
Boil and chop the eggs for the filling. Grate the suluguni. Connecting.
We form buns from the dough, put the filling inside. Spread on a baking sheet (having previously put baking paper). Lubricate the yolk on top of our buns, put them in the oven for 30 minutes (180-200 degrees).
