To prepare a birthday cake according to my personal recipe, I first separate the whites from the yolks. Then I beat the proteins with a mixer until a thick foam forms. I pour sugar into the foam and beat it. You can use a whisk, it will just take longer. Then I add condensed milk to the mixture, and mix everything thoroughly. I add flour, soda slaked with vinegar and starch. You can extinguish soda and lemon juice. Before cooking, I put the margarine in a saucepan or frying pan and melt it, and by the time I pour in the flour, the margarine will melt and cool. Gradually pour margarine into the dough, add the yolks and mix thoroughly.
Before baking, I divide the dough into two portions, respectively, two cakes are obtained. I bake the dough in a greased mold at a temperature of at least 200 degrees. I leave the finished cakes to cool. For the cream: whisk sour cream (you need to take thick sour cream) and add sugar 0.5 cups. Beat for 3 minutes and pour out the remaining condensed milk. I mix one-fifth of the cream with the juice of one red carrot or a dye, we need this for decoration. First, I coat the cake with cream, put the next cake on top and repeat the procedure, here you need to be careful so that the cake turns out beautiful.
