Sift wheat flour together with soda through a sieve.

Mix fresh liquid honey, granulated sugar and eggs in a deep cup.

The most important thing in the cake is the cream and icing. For the cream, dissolve the gelatin in ¼ cup of water. Mix sour cream with dissolved gelatin and granulated sugar and beat with a mixer. We prepare chocolate glaze: rub butter with sugar and cocoa in an enameled bowl, put it on fire, add hot milk and heat it over low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 9:
And now the final assembly of the cake. We smear the cakes with cream, pour the glaze and decorate the top and sides with white chocolate chips or coconut chips. The cake is ready. Enjoy your meal!
