It is better to take a round detachable and lubricate it with oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. First, beat the eggs with a mixer to an airy foam. Add sugar and beat well again. Add milk and whisk, then butter and whisk. In the resulting mass, carefully mix flour, baking powder and vanilla. Pour the dough into a mold and put it to bake. The duration of baking depends on the type of your oven – a minimum of 40 minutes, a maximum of 1 hour. The first time you can open the oven after 40 minutes to check the readiness of the biscuit, but not before, otherwise the biscuit may sit down. We cool the finished biscuit and make the desired cake. Such a biscuit is very tasty in itself and you can just eat it with tea!
