Rinse and dry the fillets. Cut into medium pieces. The marinade is prepared as follows: the onion is cut into half rings, crumpled with hands, filled with kefir. Tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, peppercorns, and bay leaf are added (pre-break into small pieces). Add pepper and salt.
Put the meat in the marinade, mix thoroughly and leave for a few hours (the longer, the tastier).
Cut the pepper into small pieces. Skewer the meat, alternating with pepper.
This turkey kebab can be cooked in the oven. To do this, take a rectangular baking dish, put the skewers of the barbecue on the sides of this form. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
